From scheduling, documentation, claim submissions to point of sale inventory management, integrated credit card processing, kiosk systems... etc. Billing Dynamix is able to accommodate our needs in a centralized, unified system. Pros: I really love the fact that Billing Dynamix allows for very quick documentation with the use of their prebuilt templates and through the creation of your own macros. Their Provider Claims workbench helps keep your claims organized so that you are able to work on them more efficiently, claim information is presented to you instead of you having to pull up every single one when you need to work on them, this creates less stress from having to memory manage everything and keeps office workflow complexities down. Cons: At first the system can look overwhelming with all the information available, but I've never had problems with contacting their team for support.

Been Using Genesis Chiro Software for 13 years... it is GREAT! Overall: We've been in a fast paced, multi-doctor practice for 17 years. We have been able to keep our staff and overhead low using Genesis and a streamlined approach to maximize business profits and patient care. We've used Genesis for the last 13 years and have been thrilled with it. We have recommended it anytime we've been asked about it. It just works and it works well for all our needs. Pros: Ease of use. Schedule to reschedule to documenting why patients can't make an appt. All around easy to use platform that is quick and efficient. This is huge when having a fast past busy practice. I love that I can drill down into every single claim and know what has been done by the billing team. If I have any issues I can respond directly to that claim or easily open a ticket which is answer promptly. Great. Love how it integrates seamlessly with many different apps to help with Credit card payments, monthly auto payments, auto appt reminders, etc. Lastly, I love that it is cloud based. I can log in from any where at anytime and work on my tx notes or see stats. Cons: There are no major cons. It is easy to use and integrates well.

Supernote Overall: The software is very user friendly. I am responsible for training the end users in my office and it has been a relatively easy task due to the setup and functionality of the site overall. Pros: We switched over to the Supernote format of SOAP notes and we are very pleased with the end result when printing Medical Records for patients and for Referrals The patient portal is great for capturing info and it transfers all the information into the SOAP note Integration with credit card processor is seamless Great scheduling format

Overall: Working in billing for over 18 years I didn't realize there was another way - I was trained to ""react"" to the billing cycle as it worked through. I never imagined that there could be a ""proactive"" solution where an EHR company would actually invest in the full cycle to the extent that they would be able to intelligently predict payer response to billing and code combinations. This system appropriately ties together the entire practice - from front desk to chart noting and of course through the revenue cycle. It seamlessly integrates each player in the office and uses a unique practice management tool called ""workflow"" to drive efficiency and accountability in every corner of the practice, including the patients. There are so many possibilities for those who wish to turn on all the options and for those looking to keep it more streamlined and simple that too is an option.
