Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
At least 2 years experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or similar roles, specifically with virtual events, webinars, or podcasts.
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with affiliates, speakers, and internal teams.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple events and campaigns effectively.
Proven experience in marketing coordination or event planning for virtual events, including webinars and podcasts.
Proficiency with Zoom for managing webinars, providing technical support, and using engagement features like Q&A and polls.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for registration tracking, contact management, and coordinating follow-ups.
Comfortable with social media and email marketing platforms to promote events and monitor engagement metrics.
Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to troubleshoot issues, ensure smooth execution, and complete post-event follow-up.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the credentialing needs of our clients:
Collect all the required documentation for credentialing such as accreditation, membership, and facility privileges (e.g., License, NPI letter)
Assist providers with completing payer forms and ensure compliance with payer’s expectations
Keep client providers and coaches informed about the status of their credentialing
Maintain accurate and current client information
Alert clients about new regulations, expiring certificates, reapplications, and deficiencies in credentialing requirements
Medicare and Medicaid Enrollment experience is a must. (Complete credentialing applications to add providers to commercial payers, Medicare, and Medicaid)
Decent knowledge of portals like CAQH and PECOS is mandatory.
Drive the implementation of the automated credentialing workflow management system:
Prototype
Provide requirements to software developers
Test the implementation
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in US-based Credentialing process
Familiar with the US medical insurance industry
Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
MUST HAVE:
High comfort level working on Eastern Time Zone/US Shift – Must be available for practice meetings to discuss progress during East Coast Business Hours
